Life Coaching
for Women
Close the gap between knowing what
you want and actually living it
without burning out to get there.
Private 1:1 coaching for women who look like they have it all together, and are tired of holding it all together. Whether you know exactly what you want or you've lost sight of it, we start where you are. Online or in person in Fort Mill, SC.
Not sure what you need?
That's what the call is for.

This is for the woman who is ready to make a change and build a life that feels good to live
✓ You're good at your job, and yet you still feel stuck
✓ You know what you want, but you can't seem to start, or you start and stall
✓ You checked all the boxes, and now you're not sure what you want or which way to go next
✓ You feel burnt out, foggy, or a little defeated, and you want help finding your direction
✓ Your mind won't turn off, and your body feels on edge, even when you finally have time to rest
✓ You push hard, crash, then try again
✓ You say "yes" to keep the peace, and resent it later
✓ Work and the rest of your life have been blurred into one long day
✓ You're ready to do something about it, not just think about it
What's really going on?
It may not be a discipline problem.
Here's how it usually goes. You decide this is the week. Then the thought shows up: I don't have time for this. Your body gets tired and foggy. Your brain finds something easier to do. And by Friday, you've decided you just don't follow through.

I call this The Execution Gap: the space between knowing what you want and actually living it.

Sometimes the gap shows up before the doing. You've done everything you were supposed to do, and you're too tired to know what you want next. That isn't a dead end. It's usually a sign the old plan stopped fitting, and it's time to find what matters to you now.

You can't push your way across it. Pushing harder is what keeps the loop going. What gets you across is seeing your pattern, finding your steady, and taking steps small enough to hold on your hardest day.

That brake is your nervous system at work. When you've been running on high alert for a long time, your body slows you down to protect you. It isn't weakness. It's a body that needs a few new signals that it's safe to move forward.
How the work fits together
Two parts of the same work
Executive performance
Getting clear on what you want, setting goals that fit your real life, and building habits and follow-through that last.
Nervous System
Regulation
Learning how your body reacts to stress, practicing simple tools to come back to steady, and building more room to handle hard things without crashing.
A plan without a steady body falls apart by Friday. A steady body without a plan keeps you where you are. You need both, so we work on both.
What can change
Right Now vs. Where We're Headed
* You're not sure what you want anymore -> A clear sense of what matters to you and a direction you trust.
* You push hard, then crash, then push again -> Steady energy that doesn't depend on crashing to rest.
* Work follows you everywhere -> A real line between "on" and "off" that holds on busy weeks.
* Say "yes" then spiral with guilt -> You say "no," mean it, and move on with your day.
* Busy, but not moving forward -> Real progress you can point to, even in small weeks.
* A big dream that feels out of reach -> You believe it's reachable, and you know your next step
* Your mind won't turn off -> Simple tools that help your body regulate and connect to the moment.
Why this works when other things didn't...
These programs are built differently than what you've already tried.
-
It starts with clarity when you need it. If you're not sure what you want, we don't jump to goals. We find what matters to you first, and the direction grows from there.
-
It's built on real behavior science. Not vibes, not hype. The same science that explains why habits stick or fall apart, in plain words.
-
It works with your body, not against it. We look at why your body hits the brakes, so you're not just trying harder.
-
It starts small on purpose. Steps sized for your real life, not for a version of you who slept eight hours and has a free Saturday.
-
It fits inside the life you have. No 5 am routines (unless those work for you). No new system to manage.
-
It's honest. No toxic positivity and no promises I can't keep. We talk about what's really happening and what really helps.
This may not be a good fit if...
-
You want someone to hand you a perfect plan and do the work for you.
-
You're looking for therapy or help with a mental health condition. (Therapy is a great place to start, and coaching can work well alongside it later.)
How we build habits that stick:
the 3-3-3 rule
New habits fall apart when they start too big.
So I use a simple rule called the 3-3-3:
3
MINUTES
3
DAYS A WEEK
3
WEEKS, THEN CHECK-IN
• 3 minutes. Start with a version so small it takes 3 minutes or less. Small is what you'll still do on a hard day.

• 3 days a week. Aim for three days, not seven. Missing a day isn't failing. It's part of the plan.
• 3 weeks, then check in. After three weeks, we look at what's working. Keep it, shrink it, or grow it a little.

Three weeks isn't when a habit is "done."
It's your first check-in, so you can adjust before you give up.

Root-to-Blossom
12-week Container
$2,000
12 weeks to close the gap for real.

For the woman who's ready for lasting change, not another quick fix. Whether you need clarity on your direction or help acting on a vision you already have, we build it step by step. We work through four stages, the same way a plant grows: strong roots first, then support, then visible growth, then the full bloom.
What the 12 weeks look like:
• Weeks 1 to 3, Roots: Get clear on what you want and what matters most to you, even if it feels foggy right now. See what's really in the way. Learn how your body reacts to stress, and find a tool that helps.
• Weeks 4 to 6, Stem: Build your support: the people, routines, and spaces that hold you up. Look at how you care for yourself. Turn what you've learned into a clear direction, and one goal to start with.
• Weeks 7 to 10, Leaves: Put it into action in your real weeks. Practice new skills. When something gets in the way, we figure it out together.
• Weeks 11 and 12, Blossom: Make it last. Take what's working into the rest of your life, and plan for what's next.
What's included:
• 12 weekly 1:1, 50-minute sessions, online or in person
• Message support between sessions
• Your own action plan, built around your life
• A simple toolkit for the moments you feel yourself spin out
• Words and scripts for saying no without the guilt
• A working guide you fill in as we go, so nothing gets lost

3
1-hour Coaching & Consulting session
$250
Single 50-minute sessions as needed.

Prefer single sessions? The Blossom Consult is a 1:1 session you book one at a time, with no package and no minimum. It's a good fit if you want focused support without committing to a longer program. Ask about it on your Discovery Call.
It starts with a conversation.
-
Book a free Discovery Call. 45 minutes, on video, at a time that works for you.
-
We talk. You share what's going on. I listen, ask questions, and tell you honestly what I see.
-
We decide together. If one of the programs fits, I'll explain how it works. If not, I'll point you to what might help instead.
There's no pitch and no pressure. Just a real conversation.
