Mentorship

Are you a BCBA/ BCaBA, educator, or other professional looking for additional support?

I offer support that meets you where you are and walks with you as you grow.

If you are feeling stretched, uncertain, or pulled toward something more in your work, you are not alone. I have been there.

I know what it is like to question the models you were trained in while still deeply valuing behavior analysis. I know what it feels like to want to grow beyond traditional ABA while trying to stay ethical, competent, and grounded in science. I know the discomfort of considering private practice, expanding your scope, or navigating complex cases without feeling like there is a clear roadmap.

This is exactly why I offer 1:1 mentorship.

This mentorship is focused on you and what you need in this season of your career. It is a collaborative space where we can slow down, think together, and build clarity around your clinical work, professional direction, and values as a behavior analyst.

You may be seeking mentorship because you want to:

• Take intentional steps toward building a private practice that feels aligned and sustainable
• Case conceptualize a challenging client, family, or system with more confidence
• Expand your scope in Clinical Behavior Analysis and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
• Explore ways to practice outside of traditional ABA therapy while staying rooted in behavioral science
• Learn how to incorporate assent-based and trauma-informed care into your clinical work
• Have open and honest conversations about growth, doubt, and professional identity

I have navigated these same questions in my own career. I have sat in the discomfort of expanding beyond my original training, building something new, and learning how to integrate ACT, values-based work, and compassionate care into ABA practice. I also know how isolating that process can feel when you do not have someone to process it with.

This mentorship is not about me telling you what to do. It is about supporting you as you strengthen your clinical reasoning, expand your perspective, and move forward in a way that feels aligned with who you are as a clinician and as a person.

Our work together may include:

• Case conceptualization and clinical decision-making support
• ACT-informed supervision and skill development
• Values clarification related to your clinical work or business direction
• Support navigating ethical considerations and your scope of competence
• Guidance through private practice development and long-term vision
• Space to process uncertainty, imposter thoughts, and professional growing pains

You can choose between individual mentorship sessions or mentorship packages for ongoing support and deeper work over time.

If you are feeling the pull to grow, shift, or expand and want support from someone who has been there, I am here for you.

I invite you to reach out and start a conversation. There is no pressure and no commitment required. Just a chance to connect and see if mentorship feels like the right next step for you.
