Feeling Stuck, Burnt Out, or Like You're Just Going Through the Motions?
Does This Sound Like You?
-
You say yes when you mean no, and now you're drowning in commitments you resent.
-
You're constantly comparing yourself to everyone else and feeling like you're falling behind.
-
You're burnt out but don't know how to stop without everything falling apart.
-
You got the degree, the job, the relationship, and you still feel disconnected and unfulfilled.
-
You're stuck in doom scrolling, people-pleasing, or pushing through even when you're exhausted.
-
You know something needs to change, but you don't know where to start.
If any of this sounds familiar, you're in the right place. We use principles of behavior-science, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness to help you build a more flexible, values-aligned life.
Here's What is Actually Happening
You're not lazy. You're not lacking willpower. You're not doing it wrong.

Your nervous system is stuck in overdrive. You're living according to values that aren't actually yours. And your body has been trying to tell you something, but you've been too busy pushing through to listen. Most people try to fix this by working harder, being more productive, or just powering through. But that's not the problem.

The problem is that you're trying to build a life that doesn't actually fit you. No amount of productivity hacks, self-discipline, or "just trying harder" is going to fix a life that's fundamentally misaligned with who you are.

That's where coaching comes in.
What Is Coaching (and What It's Not)
Coaching Is:
-
Support for building a life that actually aligns with what you value
-
Help figuring out what you want (not what you think you should want)
-
Tools for working with your nervous system instead of against it
-
A space to be honest about what's not working
-
Guidance for setting boundaries, making decisions, and creating change
Coaching Is Not:
-
Therapy
-
Another productivity system
-
Someone telling you what to do
-
A quick fix
Think About it Like This:
Therapy helps you process the past. Coaching helps you build the future. And if you need both? That's totally fine. They work great together.
This isn't about fixing you. It's about building a life that actually works for you.
Figure Out What You Actually Want
Not what you think you should want. Not what your parents want. Not what looks good on Instagram. What YOU want. We'll dig into your values, identify what matters to you, and get clear on the life you're actually trying to build.
Shift From People-Pleasing To Start Setting Boundaries
You'll learn why saying yes when you mean no is draining you, how to set boundaries that stick, and what to do when saying no feels impossible. (Spoiler: it gets easier.)
Understand Why Your Body Reacts the Way It Does
We'll talk about fight, flight, freeze, and fawn responses. You'll learn why you snap at people, shut down in conflict, or can't stop saying yes—and what your nervous system is trying to tell you.
Build Routines That Don't Feel Like Another
To-Do List
You don't need another morning routine that requires waking up at 5am. You need sustainable practices that actually support you instead of draining you. We'll build those together.
Make Decisions That Align With Who You Are
Not who everyone expects you to be. You'll learn how to make choices based on your values, navigate conflicting priorities, and trust yourself even when the path isn't clear.
Create a Life That Doesn't Constantly Drain You
This is the big one. You'll stop building a life that looks good on paper and start building one that feels right to you. Even when it's hard, even when it doesn't make sense to other people.

Who am I?

Hi, I'm Lindsay Lundquist.

I'm a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist, but more importantly, I get what it's like to feel stuck, burnt out, or disconnected from your own life.

I've worked with dozens of people navigating transitions, building careers, setting boundaries, and figuring out what they actually want, not what they think they should want.

I believe you're not broken. I believe your nervous system is doing its job (even when it doesn't feel like it). And I believe you can build a life that actually fits you, even if it takes time and doesn't look like what you planned.
I'm not here to tell you what to do. I'm here to help you figure out what you actually want and give you the tools to build it.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different from therapy?
Therapy focuses on processing the past, healing trauma, and managing mental health conditions. Coaching focuses on building the future, where you want to go, what you want to create, and how to get there.
If you're dealing with clinical anxiety, depression, trauma, or other mental health issues, therapy is probably the right place to start. If you're feeling stuck, burnt out, or unclear about what's next, coaching can help.
And if you're already in therapy? Great. Therapy and coaching work really well together.
Do I have to commit to 12 weeks of 1:1 coaching?
For Path 3 (1:1 support), yes, there's a 12-week minimum. Why? Because real change takes time. Building new habits, shifting patterns, and creating sustainable change doesn't happen overnight.
But that 12 weeks can be flexible. You can do weekly sessions for 12 weeks, or monthly sessions for a year, depending on what works for you.
And if you're not ready for that commitment, Paths 1 and 2 are month-to-month with no long-term commitment.
What if I don't know which path is right for me?
That's exactly what the discovery call is for. We'll talk about where you are, what you need, and which path makes the most sense for you right now.
What if I can't afford 1:1 coaching?
That's why we have three paths. Not everyone can afford (or needs) 1:1 support, and that's okay. Paths 1 and 2 are designed to be affordable while still giving you real tools and support. If you feel like you need a path you can’t afford, please reach out and we can find the best option to support you.
Can I switch between paths?
Absolutely. You can start with Path 1 or 2 and upgrade to 1:1 support later. Or you can start with 1:1 and step down to community + videos once you have the tools you need.

What happens in a discovery call?
We talk for about 45 minutes about what you're experiencing, what you need, and whether coaching is a good fit. There's no pressure, no hard sell. It's just a conversation.
If we decide to work together, we'll talk about which path makes sense and how to get started. If we decide coaching isn't right for you right now, that's totally fine too.
Ready to
Get Unstuck?
You don't have to have it all figured out. You just have to take the next step.
Book a discovery call and let's talk about where you are and where you want to go.
No pressure. No commitment.
Just a conversation.
